The Enterprise is committed to the validity, accuracy and completeness of the information provided in the online store, regarding the main features of the products or services available through the website of www.venus-carmina.com with reservation on any technical or typographical errors, which have escaped our attention, have arisen unintentionally or are due to reasons of force majeure and which we undertake to correct if they come to our notice.
Limitation of Liability
The Enterprise in the context of its transactions from the online store informs availability or not of the artworks. This is based on the data kept in our system for information purposes and in no case can guarantee their availability. In any case, the Enterprise undertakes to inform on time for any unavailability, in which case we have no other responsibility.
The Enterprise makes efforts to provide high quality services on a daily basis. We are not responsible or liable for any errors in features, photos and product prices listed in the online store and we can not guarantee that there will be no errors, for any reason, when entering or updating the features and / or price of an artwork. Also, the Enterprise has no responsibility for acts or omissions of third parties and especially for unauthorized interventions of third parties in products and / or services and / or information available through the online store.
The Enterprise makes an effort to provide high quality services but can not guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors and is not liable or liable for any damage and non-pecuniary damage resulting from failure to provide support services.

Purchase of Artworks
In the online store venus-carmina.com, after selecting the products you want to buy and placing them in the “shopping cart“, you can proceed to their purchase by filling in the relevant fields and entering and sending the data following the steps of the procedure provided by the software of the online store.
At this point, you can choose whether to permanently enter your details by registering in the online store so that they are available for your future purchases or to proceed with the purchase as a “visitor”. In the second case, an account is not created with your details and you will not be able to track the history of your orders, while your details are registered only as delivery details in the document that will be issued.
Before you finalize your order, review carefully all data provided in our quick-one-page-checkout page. If you agree, check the special box where you confirm that you agree with our Terms of Use and click the “Confirm Order” button, the order now confirmed by you is registered in the Enterprise systems and a copy of your order is sent to the e-mail address that you have provided.
You are obliged to check the Order Completion form and not to proceed to its confirmation, if you do not agree with everything mentioned in it. If you disagree with what is stated on the copy of the order you received by email, you must notify the Enterprise no later than 24 hours after receipt, otherwise the information contained therein will apply to this Agreement.
The copy of the order is sent automatically and it is not possible to pre-check the stocks in the warehouses of the Enterprise. Every effort is made to ensure that the stocks displayed in the online store are correct, but malfunctions of the website or errors in the inventory cannot be ruled out. In case of any shortages of products that have been included in your order, an Enterprise representative will inform you by phone, sms or email about these shortages and offer possible alternatives.
Prices and Payment Terms
The listed prices of the artworks of the online store include the applicable by law VAT. as well as the transport costs for orders within Greece. Also, any offers are valid until the stocks of the Enterprise are exhausted.
The Enterprise makes every possible effort to provide high quality services. However, cases of errors in prices and minor product features can not be ruled out and it can not be guaranteed that there will be no downtime of the website or “human” errors when updating and / or listing the price of a product. For the safety and efficiency of your purchases, we ask you if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, to contact the service department of our online store at 6979729502, via e-mail to venuscarmina.art@gmail.com or through the contact form of the website, before proceeding with its order.
Payment is made before shipment:
- either via your credit / debit card. For credit /debit card transactions, card details such as card number, expiration date, etc. are not disclosed, processed or stored by the Enterprise, since the relevant information is transmitted via a protected link directly to the website of the bank that manages our transactions.
- or via PayPal, where you are redirected to the PayPal page and pay for your order using your account.
- or via Google Pay digital wallet, with the data used in your online purchases.

Delivery & Shipping Cost
FREE SHIPPING FOR NATIONAL DESTINATIONS (GREECE)
We make shipments to all National destinations free of charge, providing there is no specific reason the shipment cannot be realized. The artworks will be sent to the address you entered when completing your online order with a third party courier company or an Enterprise car. Bulky or heavy orders are shipped with a transport agency. For more information on shipments, you can consult it on the specific page which describes in detail the Delivery Policy and the way of calculating the shipping cost.
Shipments within Greece are conducted by the courier company SPEEDEX and the delivery time is expected to be 1 to 9 working days. Delivery time to the carrier is from 1 to 3 working days, if the artworks you have ordered are available. Ownership of the artworks is transferred after their full payment while the risk is transferred upon delivery.
The Enterprise shall not be liable in cases of delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure, so the above mentioned delivery deadline will be extended for as long as the cause of delay exists. It should be noted that estimated delivery time is calculated from the day of shipment and is indicative.
Artworks are always accompanied by respective documents.
SHIPPING COST FOR INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
The shipping cost for international destinations is calculated specifically for each order. At present the Enterprise only ships within Greece (mainland and island destinations).
Force Majeure
We make every effort to execute orders on time, but we are not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to our fault or due to force majeure. In such cases we are entitled to an extension of the execution time. Examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier delays, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts, and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than 30 days, this Agreement may be terminated by any party without compensation.
Withdrawal, Product Returns and Consumer Rights
You have the right to return the artworks you bought, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive them. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. If you would like help finding a replacement artwork, we are happy to pair you with a complimentary art advisor to help you find the perfect piece.
In case of receipt of a damaged artwork or a product that you did not order, the return and possible replacement will be made at our own expense. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not been unsealed and their packaging has not been violated. Returned artworks must be accompanied by the receipt.
To avoid your own inconvenience, you are advised to check carefully at the time of delivery the condition of the artwork you receive, their quantity, type and intact packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects on time (e.g. x. broken goods, wrong items etc).
If you wish to return artworks purchased from the online store, you must notify us by completing and sending the Withdrawal Form that can be found on the online store’s website within the above fourteen days. Within the same deadline, you must return the artworks of your order according to the instructions that we will send you.
In case of return of the artworks, your refund will be completed within 15 days from the date we receive the products and your bank account details. This Agreement does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.
Dispute Resolution, Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
In the Enterprise we give special importance to serving the needs of consumers and solving any problems that may arise from their transactions with us. However, in the event that we are unable to fully resolve any issues you have and feel that to any extent any of your rights in our transactions are being infringed, you may seek to resolve any disputes by using the Electronic Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) as provided in Article 14 of Regulation 524/2013. At ODR you can submit any dispute you may have to resolve. The European Consumer Center of Greece has been designated as a national contact point for ODR in Greece, information on which and for dispute resolutions can be found at ec.europa.eu/odr. You can also contact the Consumer Ombudsman (https://www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr/el). The above does not limit your and our right to resort to the competent courts.
These Terms are governed by European and Greek law, in particular the legislation governing matters relating to e-commerce, distance selling and consumer protection, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
If any part of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable by a court decision, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in force.
The Enterprise may enter into agreement to outsource its responsibilities to an appropriate third party. Otherwise, neither party has the right to assign or transfer its rights or obligations.
All notifications must be made in writing.
